| All-Stars
ALL
STARS
is a research-based prevention program
developed by the Tangelwood Research
Group for youth ages 10 – 15
offering a variety of activities and
discussion. All Stars identifies four
qualities that have the greatest
impact on whether a young person will
participate in substance use. The four
qualities are Prosocial Ideals,
Normative Beliefs, Personal
Commitment, and Prosocial Bonding. The
basic premise of the program is to get
kids to plan for their futures and
commit to refrain activities that
could be detrimental to their success.
